Shipping and Returns
UK Shipping
Shipping within the UK is charged at £3.95, using a 2–3 working day delivery service.
International Shipping
For orders outside the UK, please email us at team@slopeshotchocolate.com with:
* Your full name and contact information
* Delivery address
* A list of the products you'd like to order
We’ll provide a custom shipping quote for your location.
Please note: Any import taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Turnaround
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (8am–5pm).
Orders placed after 2pm are usually shipped the next working day.
During busy periods (especially Mondays), dispatch may take up to 72 hours.
If you need priority dispatch, please get in touch.
Carriers & Tracking
We use Royal Mail for deliveries.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification & tracking number via email.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is unavailable, we'll contact you to:
* Confirm whether you’d like to wait until it's back in stock
* Or issue a refund for the item
Returns & Refunds
How to Return an Item
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and are at your own cost, unless the product is faulty. Items must be unused and in original condition.
To start a return:
1. Email us at team@slopeshotchocolate.com to request a return and receive a tracking reference.
2. Send your item to:

3. Include a signed note with your reason for return and a copy of your original receipt.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened.
