How to Return an Item

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and are at your own cost (unless the product is faulty). Items must be unused and in their original condition.

To return an item:

1. Email team@slopeshotchocolate.com to request a return and receive a return reference.

2. Post your item to:

   PE28 2SA

3. Include a signed note stating the reason for return along with your original receipt.
